In the back of the bakery, our bakers are hard at work, kneading dough, rolling out sfogliatelle, and filling cannoli with sweet ricotta cream. They use traditional recipes adapted from our matriarch Romana Caputo. We only use high-quality ingredients to create authentic Italian baked goods. Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to recommend something delicious.
