Bacon Wrappes Asparagus

  1. 1 pound fresh asparagus
  2. 16 slices bacon 
  3. Finely grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
  4. Balsamic glaze, to taste

Cooking Guide

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.  Wash and dry the asparagus spears. Trim off the woody ends.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a piece of bacon, starting at the tip and winding down to the base. You can wrap each piece individually or wrap 3-4 spears all together depending on size. 
  3. Place the bacon-wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender-crisp..
  5. Remove the asparagus from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
