Ingredients

• La Bella Romana BBQ pulled chicken

• 1 head of Boston lettuce (also known as Butter lettuce)

• 1 bag Matchstick carrots

• 1 Small red onion (sliced)

• 2–3 Persian cucumbers (julienned)

• Cilantro (finely chopped with stems, about half a bunch)

• Heinz Garlic-Herb Sauce

Cooking Guide

• The Base: Use two leaves of Boston lettuce per wrap for extra stability. They are buttery and soft but can be delicate.

• The Warmth: Warm according to directions on containers. Place your warmed BBQ pulled chicken in the center. Don't overfill, or the wrap won't fold.

• The Slaw: In a bowl, combine the carrots, cucumbers, onions, cilantro, and a little bit of the garlic and herb sauce (just enough to coat) mix to create a slaw and layer on top of chicken

• The Finish: Drizzle a bit more of Garlic Herb sauce over the top and garnish with an extra sprig of rosemary if you're feeling fancy

Side Dish: These pair beautifully with a charred corn salad or a simple tangy coleslaw.

Low-Carb Boost: If you want extra heartiness without a bun, you can add a few slices of avocado to the wrap.
