Cooking Guide

1. Grill Burger:

After BBQ pulled pork has been warmed (in oven, microwave, or on grill),Bacon is cooked, and onion rings are cooked, begin cooking burger

Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on the first side without moving them to get a deep crust. Flip carefully and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Top with more cheese while cooking Tip: Don't press down on them with a spatula, or you'll cause a cheese explosion.

2. Stack the Beast:

Let the meat rest for 3 minutes before assembling so the juices settle. Lay down the bottom toasted bun and add a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Place the cheese-stuffed patty down, followed by 2 slices of crispy bacon, a generous mountain of warm pulled pork, more BBQ sauce, and top it off with 1 or 2 crunchy onion rings. Close it with the top bun and push down for an easier bite.
