

• Half Pan of La Bella Romana mac and cheese
• 2–3 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 6–8 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped.
• 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce for mac and cheese (adjust based on your heat preference)
• 2 cup La Bella Romana breadcrumbs
• ½ cup melted butter

1. Prep the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F
2. Top the mac and cheese: Directly on top of the mac cheese, evenly spread the buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, and chopped bacon.
3. Bread Crumb Topping: In a large mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Mix until combined, then evenly spread across top of whole mac and cheese
4. Bake: Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread crumbs are golden brown.
Tips
The "Blue" Factor: Sprinkle some blue cheese crumbles on top before baking for that authentic Buffalo wing experience.
