2 cans Delallo cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (these are already cooked)
¼ cup of Sartori Garlic and Herb spread
2tbs cup extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
The juice of one small lemon (about 2tbs)
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients:
In a food processor or blender, combine the cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic and herb spread, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Blend:
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve:
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with your favorite bread, chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Tips:
For a thicker dip, reserve a small amount of the cannellini bean liquid or water and add it gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
Add extra minced garlic for a deeper garlic flavor
