Jalapeno Popper Dip with Chicken
35 mins

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese + extra for on top (we used a mix of Monterrey jack and cheddar, but just cheddar is fine too!)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers (adjust to taste)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Cooking Guide
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer
- Add In: Mix in cheddar cheese (about ¾ so you have some to put on top for baking), bacon, shredded chicken, jalapenos, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined..
- Transfer: Pour the mixture into a greased, oven safe dish. Cover with remaining shredded cheese
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Serve: Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or your favorite dippers.
Tips & Variations:
- Spice it up: Add more jalapenos or a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat.
- Add Chiles: You can add diced chiles for more flavor (or swap them for the jalapenos)
- Creamy Tips: Swap the sour cream for mayo or Greek yogurt to the dip for a richer, creamier texture.
