1 cup shredded cheese + extra for on top (we used a mix of Monterrey jack and cheddar, but just cheddar is fine too!)
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (extra for topping)
1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers (adjust to taste)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer
Add In: Mix incheddar cheese (about ¾ so you have some to put on top for baking), bacon, shredded chicken, jalapenos, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined..
Transfer: Pour the mixture into a greased, oven safe dish. Cover with remaining shredded cheese
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
Serve: Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or your favorite dippers.
Tips & Variations:
Spice it up: Add more jalapenos or a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat.
Add Chiles: You can add diced chiles for more flavor (or swap them for the jalapenos)
Creamy Tips: Swap the sour cream for mayo or Greek yogurt to the dip for a richer, creamier texture.
