1 -20oz La Bella Romana Premade Fresh Pizza Dough
6 oz Provolone Cheese, cut into small -inch cubes
4 oz Hard Salami or Genoa Salami, diced small
1-16oz jar La Bella Romana Muffaletta
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
teaspoon Garlic Powder
Optional: cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
1. Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 375. Lightly grease the loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
2. Cut and Prepare the Dough
Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into small, irregular, bite-sized pieces—roughly 1 inch squares.
3. Mix the Fillings
In the large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Add the cut pizza dough pieces, the cubed Provolone cheese, the diced salami and the La Bella Romana Muffaletta .
Use your hands or a spatula to gently toss all the ingredients until every piece of dough and filling is lightly coated in the oil and seasoning mixture.
4. Assemble and Bake
Carefully transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down lightly so the pieces are nestled together.
(Optional: Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.)
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The bread is done when the top is deep golden brown and the cheese is melted and visibly bubbly around the edges.
5. Cool and Serve
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.
Run a knife around the edges and invert the bread onto a serving platter.
Serve warm. Guests can simply pull the cheesy, savory pieces apart by hand.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping, or a small bowl of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
